The project is about exploring the everyday lives of young people. Using photos often highlights aspects of life that others may pick up on and inquire about and a dialogue can begin. The architectural style of buildings (e.g. churches, houses) differs from country to country. Students generally do not realise that the style of their houses is related to their own culture. The objective of the project is to allow students to have a better understanding of the origins of different areas of their home countries. These will be divided into 6 broad categories, namely, Places, Events, Cultures, Food, Interesting Practices and Significant Icons.
